3. Orders & Commercial Resell Restriction

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Boxeo TM reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline any order at its sole discretion (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations). All purchases are intended solely for personal or household use; commercial resale or unauthorized distribution without express written consent from Boxeo TM is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing, Currency & Typographical Errors

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) for international markets and Mexican Pesos (MXN) for domestic orders within México. Prices do not include local customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes levied by destination countries. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or exchange rate glitch, Boxeo TM reserves the right to cancel or refund any affected orders at any time.

5. Athletic Equipment Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Combat sports, boxing, sparring, and martial arts carry inherent risks of physical injury. Boxeo TM manufactures handcrafted equipment intended strictly for athletic training under qualified supervision.

  • The buyer and end-user assume all risks, responsibility, and liability associated with the use or misuse of our equipment.

  • Boxeo TM, its craftsmen, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential injuries or damages arising from athletic training or equipment use.

6. Intellectual Property & Automated Scraping / AI Prohibition

All content on this website—including trademarks, logos, leathercraft patterns, imagery, videos, and product designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Boxeo Torres Medina and protected by international intellectual property laws.

You explicitly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your transactions with Boxeo TM. Integrated payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and logistics services operate under their respective terms.

8. Customer Feedback & Photo Submissions

If you send, post, or submit product reviews, ideas, suggestions, or photos ("Feedback"), you grant Boxeo TM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, or use such content in any medium for marketing and store enhancement purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided in our Warranty Policy, all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
