BOXEO TM — RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION & WARRANTY POLICY

1. General Overview & Return Authorization (RMA)

At Boxeo TM (Boxeo Torres Medina), every piece represents authentic Mexican leathercraft traditions. To ensure smooth processing:

  • Direct Purchases Only: All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims apply exclusively to orders placed directly through our official store (boxeotm.com) or authorized direct staff. Purchases from unauthorized third parties or second-hand markets are not eligible.

  • Prior Authorization Required: Unsolicited returns sent to our workshop without prior email confirmation and a Return Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted or processed.

  • Artisanal Leather Characteristics: Natural variations in leather grain, texture, or slight color shade differences are inherent marks of genuine hand-tanned craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window (Ready-to-Ship & Standard Catalog)

We offer a 30 natural-day window from the confirmed date of delivery for returns or exchanges on standard, non-personalized catalog gear.

  • Strict Condition: Returned products must be 100% unused, unwashed, odor-free, in original pristine condition, and in their original packaging with all protective tags attached.

  • Custom & Personalized Gear (FINAL SALE): Equipment featuring custom colors, personalized embroidery, names, patches, or bespoke specifications built outside our standard catalog are FINAL SALE and exempt from returns or exchanges.

  • Refund Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (minus original shipping charges and applicable handling fees).

3. Order Cancellation Policy & Fees

If you request an order cancellation prior to dispatch, the following administrative fees apply to cover non-refundable payment processing charges and material reservations:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Canceled prior to shipping label generation subject to a 10% administrative fee.

  • Standard Catalog Items (Made-to-Order): Canceled within 48 hours subject to a 15% material reservation fee.

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Canceled within 24 hours subject to a 20% bespoke processing fee. After 24 hours, raw material cutting begins, and custom orders become strictly non-cancelable.

4. 30-Day Manufacturing Warranty & Leather Care Disclaimer

We guarantee our gear against verified structural or manufacturing defects for 30 calendar days post-delivery.

  • Exclusions: Our warranty strictly does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic fading, damage caused by improper storage, moisture/sweat degradation, chemical exposure, or abuse outside intended athletic training. Leather requires proper ventilation and drying after every training session.

  • Inspection: Boxeo TM master craftsmen reserve the right to perform the final physical evaluation to determine whether an issue stems from a manufacturing defect or improper equipment care/abuse.

5. Shipping Logistics & Customs Duties

  • Logistics Costs: The customer is fully responsible for all round-trip shipping charges associated with authorized returns or exchanges.

  • Customs & Import Duties: Any customs tariffs, taxes, or import clearance fees levied when shipping items into or out of Mexico must be paid by the customer. Unpaid duties incurred by Boxeo TM will be deducted from any eligible refund or credit balance.
