ARE ALL PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
Yes. All our products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in our workshop in Mexico, ensuring uniqueness and attention to detail.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GLOVES?
Yes. Through our website configuration tools, you have complete creative control to design your piece by choosing colorways, padding types, weight, closure systems (laces or velcro), labelling, and custom logos or text.
WILL THE GLOVES WEIGH EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED (E.G., 16 OZ)?
Because every pair is handcrafted using natural and specialized materials, slight weight variations are normal. You can typically expect a variance of up to ±0.75 oz for standard paddings, and up to 1.5 oz for LATEX models due to the organic density of the material.
WILL METALLIC LEATHER WEAR OFF?
This depends on the specific type of metallic leather used. Certain colors feature pigment-based metallic colors, while others utilize foil finishes. Additionally, we strategically place metallic sections in zones that do not suffer direct training impact (such as the thumb or wrist) to maximize their lifespan.
CAN YOU MAKE EQUIPMENT TO MY EXACT MEASURE?
No. "Custom Made" means you configure the aesthetic options, weights, paddings, and closure systems available through our platform; it does not mean the gloves are bespoke or hand-sculpted to individual millimeter hand dimensions.
WHY DO VELCRO STRAP GLOVES SOMETIMES WEIGH MORE THAN EXPECTED?
Our velcro strap gloves are entirely constructed with genuine leather, including the closure system. This premium build can add up to 3 oz to the total weight. If weight is a key factor for your training needs, we recommend taking this into account when selecting your glove size.

SHOULD I CHOOSE LACES OR VELCRO (HOOK AND LOOP) CLOSURES?
- Laces: Offer the traditional, compact fit and maximum wrist support. They are oriented toward fighters seeking the classic gym experience who have a training partner or coach to assist them in tying their gloves.
- Velcro (Hook and Loop): Designed for everyday convenience. Ideal for athletes who train alone and need to put on or take off their gloves quickly between exercises.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT PADDING FOR MY TRAINING STYLE?
Our padding defines the soul and impact behavior of the glove. We offer four distinct architectures:
- PU (Polyurethane): Protective three-layer core with a spacious Loose Fit, built for maximum shock absorption and durability.
- LATEX: Traditional natural latex offering a continuous rebound sensation ("pop") and authentic tactile feedback.
- PULAT (Polyurethane + Latex): Balanced-Punchers hybrid core providing a snugger Medium Fit and versatile performance.

Our models and special colorways draw from our cultural roots, utilizing names in indigenous languages such as Maya and Nahuatl (for example, the Kisin model). Each pair carries a legacy connecting pre-Hispanic warrior tradition with modern pugilism.

Production for custom and Made-to-order gloves typically takes 6 – 8 weeks, though it can sometimes take less time depending on the current workshop workload. Because every pair is meticulously handcrafted by our master artisans in Mexico, we prioritize exceptional quality. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched significantly faster.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Once your order leaves our workshop, a confirmation email containing your tracking number is automatically dispatched. You can check your shipment status anytime through our dedicated Order Tracking page.
