Handcrafted Products and Professional Standards

At Boxeo Torres Medina, we take pride in offering handcrafted products of the highest quality. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following characteristics inherent to artisanal manufacturing:

• Weight Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our equipment, there may be slight variations in weight. We strive for precision, but a tolerance of ±0.75 oz is standard and accepted. Weight is measured during production; environmental factors like humidity or the addition of laces may slightly affect the final scale reading.

• Metallic Leather Policy: Leather with a metallic finish is strictly intended for aesthetic purposes. It is not recommended for the impact surfaces (fist) of the gloves. If a customer chooses metallic leather for these areas, they accept full responsibility for premature peeling, cracking, or discoloration. These issues are considered normal wear and tear for this specific material and are not covered under warranty.

• Natural Materials: As we use premium natural leather, items may exhibit variations in grain, texture, and color. These are not defects but hallmarks of authentic leather.

• Craftsmanship: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the safety or structural integrity of the glove are a result of the manual construction process and are part of the product’s unique character.

Lead Times and Cancellations

• Production Estimates: Lead times for “Made to Order” products (typically 3-5 weeks) are estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, Boxeo TM is not liable for delays caused by artisanal production surges, material sourcing, or international customs.

• Custom Orders: Once a custom order or “Made to Order” item enters the production phase, no cancellations or modifications will be accepted.

Warranty Coverage

Our products carry a 30-calendar-day limited warranty, effective from the date the order is delivered to the customer’s address.

• Scope of Warranty: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. Valid claims will be resolved through complimentary repairs or, in special circumstances evaluated by our team, product replacements.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not automatically cover returns or size exchanges, which are governed separately by their respective policies.

Care and Maintenance (Voiding Warranty)

The longevity of your equipment depends on proper care. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper Storage: Mold growth or leather rot due to storing gloves in humid environments, gym bags, or unventilated areas.

• Chemical Damage: Use of abrasive cleaners, high-concentration isopropyl alcohol, or harsh disinfectants that strip the leather’s natural oils.

• Heat Exposure: Drying gloves using direct heat sources (radiators, hair dryers) or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which causes leather to crack.

The use of our website is governed by these terms. Actions that could harm or compromise our platform are not allowed.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be strictly met:

• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered to the customer’s address. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.

• Product Condition: Items must be 100% unused, unwashed, and in the exact same pristine condition as received. Gloves or equipment that show any signs of use (including training marks, sweat, leather creasing from striking, or odors) will be strictly rejected.

• Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all tags and inserts.

• Direct Purchases: Refunds apply strictly to orders placed directly through authorized Boxeo Torres Medina staff or our official store. Third-party purchases are not eligible.

• Custom & Bespoke Orders: Equipment made to order or customized with personal specifications (custom colors, names, logos, or non-standard builds) are non-refundable and final sale, unless a manufacturing defect is verified upon delivery under our Limited Warranty policy.

Return Process & Inspection

1. Prior Authorization: Before returning any item, customers must contact customer support to receive a formal Return Authorization. Unsolicited returns will not be processed or accepted.
2. Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our quality control team will conduct a thorough physical inspection to determine if the product qualifies for a refund under the eligibility criteria listed above.
3. Resolution:

• • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • If rejected due to signs of wear, usage, or damage, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Shipping Costs & Duties

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is strictly responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility.

• Non-Refundable Expenses: Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Deductions: Any customs fees, tariffs, or clearance charges incurred by Boxeo TM to clear the returned package back into our country will be deducted directly from the final refund amount.

Return Address

• • Once your return request is officially authorized, our team will provide you with the exact return address and shipping/customs declaration instructions.

At Boxeo TM, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to exchange a product, please review our exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

   • Exchanges are only available for products that are unused and in their original packaging.
   • Exchanges are not eligible for orders that were made with third parties or were not made directly with the Boxeo Torres Medina staff.
   • Exchanges must be requested within 14 natural days of the  delivery confirmation date. Orders that exceed this period will not be eligible for exchange.

2. Evaluation Process:

   • Once we receive the gloves at our facilities, our experts will carefully evaluate them to determine if they are eligible for an exchange.
   • If the gloves meet our criteria, you will receive a confirmation email along with the available options if the model you purchased is not available in the requested size.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of shipping the gloves back to us and the cost of shipping the new gloves to the customer. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes that may be applied when shipping to Boxeo TM and back to the customer must be covered by the customer.

      

4. Non-Qualifying Exchanges:

   • If our experts determine that the gloves do not qualify for an exchange, they will be returned to the customer. The customer will need to cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Request Confirmation:

   • By initiating an exchange request and replying to our email, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned above and confirms that they are the original purchaser.

6. Return Address:

   • Once all the steps for an exchange have been completed, you will be provided with the return address to continue the process.

Once we receive the gloves and complete the evaluation, we will inform you of the next steps. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

At Boxeo TM, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our handcrafted equipment. If your gloves require structural repair or refurbishment, please review our repair policy below:

Eligibility for Repair:

• Repairs are only available for authentic Boxeo TM products.
• Repair services are not eligible for orders that were made with third parties or were not made directly with the Boxeo Torres Medina staff.
• The feasibility of any repair is subject to the physical condition of the gloves. We do not accept repair requests for equipment that has suffered extreme moisture damage, severe leather rot, or padding degradation that compromises the safety of the user.

Evaluation Process:

• Once we receive the gloves at our facilities, our experts will carefully evaluate them to determine if they can be safely repaired without compromising their structural integrity.
• If the gloves are eligible for repair, you will receive an evaluation email outlining the feasible repair options, the estimated turnaround time, and a cost quotation for labor and materials (if the repair falls outside our standard manufacturing warranty).
• No repair work will begin until the customer approves the quoted cost in writing.

Shipping and Repair Costs:

• The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the repair. This includes the cost of shipping the gloves back to us and the cost of shipping the repaired gloves back to the customer. Additionally, any customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees applied when shipping to Boxeo TM and back to the customer must be covered by the customer.
• For out-of-warranty services, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the repair (labor and materials) as detailed in the approved quotation.

Non-Qualifying Repairs:

• If our experts determine that the gloves do not qualify for a safe repair, or if the customer declines the quoted repair cost, the gloves will be returned to the customer in their current state. The customer will need to cover the return shipping costs.

Repair Request Confirmation:

• By initiating a repair request and replying to our email, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned above, confirms that they are the original purchaser, and accepts responsibility for the associated logistics and repair fees.

Return Address:

• Once all the preliminary steps for a repair request have been completed, you  will be provided with the return address to continue the process.

Once we receive the gloves and complete the physical evaluation, we will inform you of the next steps. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation requests made before the product is shiped will incur a 20% charge of the total amount

All taxes, import duties, or any additional fees applied to products purchased from Boxeo TM are the sole responsibility of the customer. Boxeo TM does not cover, manage, or assume liability for any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred during the shipping process or upon delivery in the destination country.

Please note that these charges vary depending on the regulations of each country, and we strongly recommend customers check with their local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing an order

Boxeo TM shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products or services.
