Handcrafted Products and Professional Standards

At Boxeo Torres Medina, we take pride in offering handcrafted products of the highest quality. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following characteristics inherent to artisanal manufacturing:

• Weight Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our equipment, there may be slight variations in weight. We strive for precision, but a tolerance of ±0.75 oz is standard and accepted. Weight is measured during production; environmental factors like humidity or the addition of laces may slightly affect the final scale reading.

• Metallic Leather Policy: Leather with a metallic finish is strictly intended for aesthetic purposes. It is not recommended for the impact surfaces (fist) of the gloves. If a customer chooses metallic leather for these areas, they accept full responsibility for premature peeling, cracking, or discoloration. These issues are considered normal wear and tear for this specific material and are not covered under warranty.

• Natural Materials: As we use premium natural leather, items may exhibit variations in grain, texture, and color. These are not defects but hallmarks of authentic leather.

• Craftsmanship: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the safety or structural integrity of the glove are a result of the manual construction process and are part of the product’s unique character.

Lead Times and Cancellations

• Production Estimates: Lead times for “Made to Order” products (typically 3-5 weeks) are estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, Boxeo TM is not liable for delays caused by artisanal production surges, material sourcing, or international customs.

• Custom Orders: Once a custom order or “Made to Order” item enters the production phase, no cancellations or modifications will be accepted.

Care and Maintenance (Voiding Warranty)

The longevity of your equipment depends on proper care. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper Storage: Mold growth or leather rot due to storing gloves in humid environments, gym bags, or unventilated areas.

• Chemical Damage: Use of abrasive cleaners, high-concentration isopropyl alcohol, or harsh disinfectants that strip the leather’s natural oils.

• Heat Exposure: Drying gloves using direct heat sources (radiators, hair dryers) or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which causes leather to crack.

The use of our website is governed by these terms. Actions that could harm or compromise our platform are not allowed.

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Refunds are not eligible for orders that were made with third parties or were not made directly with the Boxeo Torres Medina staff.
  • Refunds are not eligible for orders made more than 90 natural days after the purchase date.
• Return Process:
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• Shipping Costs:
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes that may be applied when shipping to Boxeo TM must be covered by the customer.
  • If our experts determine that the product does not qualify for a refund, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Return Address:
  • Once all steps for a refund have been completed, we will provide you with the return address to continue with this process.

At Boxeo TM, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to exchange a product, please review our exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

   • Exchanges are only available for products that are unused and in their original packaging.
   • Exchanges are not eligible for orders that were made with third parties or were not made directly with the Boxeo Torres Medina staff.
   • Exchanges must be requested within 90 natural days of the original purchase date. Orders that exceed this period will not be eligible for exchange.

2. Evaluation Process:

   • Once we receive the gloves at our facilities, our experts will carefully evaluate them to determine if they are eligible for an exchange.
   • If the gloves meet our criteria, you will receive a confirmation email along with the available options if the model you purchased is not available in the requested size.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of shipping the gloves back to us and the cost of shipping the new gloves to the customer. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes that may be applied when shipping to Boxeo TM and back to the customer must be covered by the customer.

      

4. Non-Qualifying Exchanges:

   • If our experts determine that the gloves do not qualify for an exchange, they will be returned to the customer. The customer will need to cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Request Confirmation:

   • By initiating an exchange request and replying to our email, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned above and confirms that they are the original purchaser.

6. Return Address:

   • Once all the steps for an exchange have been completed, you will be provided with the return address to continue the process.

Once we receive the gloves and complete the evaluation, we will inform you of the next steps. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation requests made before the product is shiped will incur a 20% charge of the total amount

All taxes, import duties, or any additional fees applied to products purchased from Boxeo TM are the sole responsibility of the customer. Boxeo TM does not cover, manage, or assume liability for any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred during the shipping process or upon delivery in the destination country.

Please note that these charges vary depending on the regulations of each country, and we strongly recommend customers check with their local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing an order

Boxeo TM shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products or services.
