Are all products handmade?
Yes. All our products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in our workshop in Mexico, ensuring uniqueness and attention to detail.
Can I customize my gloves?
Yes. Through our Ocelotl Workshop, you can personalize your gloves in various ways — from color and closure type to padding and embroidery. Custom orders take longer to produce, but the result is one-of-a-kind gear made just for you.
Will the gloves weigh exactly as specified (e.g., 16 oz)?
Due to the artisanal process, weights may vary slightly. Variations of up to ±0.75 oz are considered normal and part of the handcrafted nature of our products.
Will metallic leather wear off?
Gloves made with metallic leather may show signs of wear from the first use. This is due to the nature of the foil process used for metallic finishes, originally developed for fashion—not for high-friction sports gear.
Can you make equipment to my exact measure?
No, unfortunately we do not make equipment to measure, the molds we use to manufacture our equipment are of standard sizes.
Why do velcro strap gloves sometimes weigh more than expected?
Our velcro strap gloves are entirely constructed with genuine leather — including the closure system. This premium build can add up to 3 oz to the total weight. If weight is a key factor for your training needs, we recommend taking this into account when selecting your glove size.

PU (Polyurethane Padding)

LATEX (Natural Latex Foam Padding)

PULAT (Polyurethane + Latex Padding)
The best of both worlds—this hybrid padding combines the structured resilience of polyurethane with the flexibility and responsiveness of natural latex. Designed for fighters who demand both performance and feedback in every strike.
HHF (Horse Hair + Foam Padding)
Traditional meets modern: this padding features a core of natural horsehair layered with foam for added comfort and protection. Known for its compact feel and puncher’s feedback, HHF is favored by professionals seeking authentic fight-night performance.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Production for custom/backordered gloves take 6 – 8 weeks. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched faster
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time varies by destination. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country.
Will I pay import taxes or duties?
Possibly. Import taxes are determined by your local authorities. We usually declare a reduced value to help minimize additional charges, but we cannot guarantee customs exemption.

Can I get an invoice?

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Can I return or exchange my gloves?
Due to the custom nature of most of our products, we only accept returns when there’s a functional issue. Aesthetic variations are not considered valid grounds for a return.
Returns based on fit preferences may be accepted only if the item is unused and in brand-new condition. In such cases, a return shipping fee will be charged, and the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to us securely.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include detailed photos of the issue and original packaging. We’ll review your case and work toward a fair solution.
Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email with a link to follow its journey.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order or before it is dispatched. After that, it enters production and cannot be changed.
