Crafting a New Narrative

Personally (Juan) I embarked on a mission to redefine the narrative around Mexican boxing equipment. Beyond Cleto Reyes, my reviews on SherDog were aimed at expanding the horizons of boxing gear perceptions.

Childhood Roots and Mentorship

My passion for boxing traces back to the age of 4, nurtured under the guidance of my grandfather, Don Juan. It was within those familial bonds that my love for the sport took root.

With SherDog as my platform, I endeavored to offer diverse perspectives on Mexican boxing equipment. This experience, coupled with user feedback, sowed the seeds for something more, something uniquely ours.

Genesis of TM Gloves: A Distinctive Vision

Recognizing the need for a distinctly Mexican offering, we, alongside other artisans, initiated the creation of the “TM” (Torres Medina) boxing gloves, an embodiment of user insights from the SherDog community.

Empowering Control: The Birth of Our Workshop

Realizing the importance of overseeing every detail, we founded our workshop. Here, we meticulously crafted our gloves, earning recognition as the multi-awarded boxing gloves, acclaimed by csquaredboxing as the best training gloves globally (2021) and by fit2box as the best Mexican gloves (2021).
